Jay was a lot better dancer than I was
I'd be remiss if I didn't compliment Eric Wolford
We've got some freshmen here we think are big enough, strong enough to play next year ... Those four are a little bit stronger than the other two right now and will have a chance.
We tried to run the ball a little bit last year ... Our game was hurt a lot by sacks, a snap over the quarterback's head. Kenny Miles actually averaged 5.4 a carry. So it wasn't quite as terrible as the stats ended up.
I just hope we never look like that again
With these new players coming in, I really believe we've got a chance in the next four or five years to be a lot better than we've ever been here
Young Schottty doesn’t look like he has that problem up there in New York
What a game plan he had last week against Cincinnati
In the coaching profession, there are good moves and bad moves ... And he's really in the ideal situation up there. Aren't the Jets the No. 1 defensive team in the NFL? Well, there you go. As an offensive coordinator, that is a dream come true. I think he'll stay with the Jets for awhile.

He has become a lot better of a coordinator now that Mark Sanchez hasn't been throwing all those interceptions anymore ... Sometimes, it takes awhile to get the message across to a young quarterback. But it's clear that young Brian developed a good relationship there with Sanchez and you see the results...
That's about all we've got to brag about this year. But there's been a lot of years where we haven't had that to brag about
Looking forward to trying to get better because we're certainly are not there yet ... We got a long way to go around here. But hopefully we've got some good young players and some on the way that are going to help us get there.
It doesn't correlate ... I just don't believe it. It's my opinion. If that correlated, every coach would sleep in his office.
I saw a story saying Jim Haslett comes in at 4:30 every morning - that's not doing him much good
I realized pretty quickly when I was there ... that the college game is where I need to be.
He's strong and knows what he's doing ... He might have a tremendous senior year. I think he and Cliff Matthews could be two of the best defensive ends in the country here next year, if all that works out. Hopefully they will.

He needs to have some outside interests ... Anybody that feels burn out at their job, that's the facts of life.
If we can't get our players to play any better than last Saturday, then we as coaches better find us some new players or pretty soon they're going to find some new coaches around here ... We've got a lot of good players, but we need help.
They just flat beat us last year. We were sort of in disarray, had a lot of guys going in different directions, I guess. Maybe coaches, too ... So you look back on some games and say, shoot, you just got beat, and you move on.
We're thrilled to have Shawn Elliott join our coaching staff at South Carolina ... Shawn is a native of South Carolina and is excited about the opportunity to coach here.
